Commitment to Service
SCG provides trained, certified security officers, both armed and unarmed, to hundreds of Federal facilities and offices nationwide. Our officers protect Federal buildings, US Courthouses, Social Security Administration buildings, Presidential Libraries, and the offices of such Federal agencies as the FBI, the IRS, the FAA, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Because we understand that our officers’ appearance and demeanor reflects not only on SCG but also on our client, we pride ourselves on setting and maintaining the highest standards of training, appearance, and quality. We reinforce those standards by providing strong supervision to our officers and a rigorous program of Quality Control.
Our Quality Control program incorporates independent, third-party inspections of our officers by independent QC Monitors, who then report directly to our QC Manager located in our Corporate Headquarters. The QC Manager, in turn, reports to the President of SCG. By maintaining an independent QC structure outside of the Security force’s chain of command, we ensure an honest, impartial assessment of our services on a monthly basis.
